Welcome - my intention is to share yoga and women's wisdom practices with you that are tools for self care, joy and positive transformation. 

I teach a range of styles of yoga from flowing vinyasa to the grounding and calming practices of yin, yoga nidra and meditation.

I am also passionate about women's empowerment via pregnancy yoga and hypnobirthing.
