Welcome - it's so good to have you here. My intention is to share yoga and women's wisdom practices with you that are tools for self care, joy and positive transformation. 

I have taught a range of styles of yoga from flowing vinyasa to the grounding and calming practices of yin, yoga nidra and meditation - since 2013.

I am also passionate about women's empowerment via pregnancy yoga and hypnobirthing.

I have founded the Women's Wellness Space in Margate & Online Studio - Shala Women
