Yin and Yoga Nidra Workshop - Online

About the Event
In this deeply relaxing workshop we will move through meditation and yin postures which are mostly resting on the ground. We hold postures for 3 - 5 minutes to help release deep held tensions in the body and as the body opens the mind tends to follow - so we can feel that gradually we can feel more spacious or calm as time goes by. We close with a guided deep relaxation or yoga nidra where many people come to the blissful space between waking and sleeping.
I include a theme for each workshop for some food for thought too. My intention is that you leave feeling calm, refreshed, more open through the body and well rested.
