Hatha Yoga / £9
Thursdays 7 pm-8:30 pm
@ Margate Yoga Studio

This calming class moves at a slow pace however we’ll be working with some strong postures - great for building flexibility. It will also incorporate Meditation and on some weeks, Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation).

 

This class also incorporates some yogic ideas/philosophy each week. In Sept/Oct '19 I'll be working through the yogic principles as class themes - the Yamas and Niyamas. You can read more about them on the blog here.

Yin Yoga / £9
Mondays 7 pm-8:30 pm
@ Margate Yoga Studio

This Monday class will help set you up for the week ahead.

 

It’s slow and meditative and in yin yoga we hold postures for longer to work deep into the tissues, helping to release long held tensions/blockages in the body and mind.

 

This class incorporates quotes, ideas and yogic philosophies and is open to those who are new to yoga alongside those with more experienced.
