This calming class moves at a slow pace however we’ll be working with some strong postures - great for building flexibility. It will also incorporate Meditation and on some weeks, Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation).
This class also incorporates some yogic ideas/philosophy each week. In Sept/Oct '19 I'll be working through the yogic principles as class themes - the Yamas and Niyamas. You can read more about them on the blog here.
