Pregnancy Yoga supports you by offering a modified set of postures which are safe and complimentary in pregnancy. The focus is on maintaining strength in a gentle way, while also learning relaxation and breathing techniques.


Hypnobirthing ideas and practices are incorporated alongside movement and postures which can be useful within your birthing. It is also a chance to meet new mums. You are advised to attend after 12 weeks.

Yin Yoga / £9
Mondays 7 pm-8:30 pm

This Monday class will help set you up for the week ahead.


It’s slow and meditative and in yin yoga we hold postures for longer to work deep into the tissues, helping to release long held tensions/blockages in the body and mind.


This class incorporates quotes, ideas and yogic philosophies and is open to those who are new to yoga alongside those with more experienced.
