Community feels so important at this time. The wonders of technology allow us to meet via Zoom (class timings below):

  • Simply download the Zoom app here

  • In each class listed below you will find a Meeting ID - log into the site 5 - 15 mins before the session and type in the ID to join the class.


  • For those able to - suggested donation = £5 - 10

  • If your income has been affected/lost = Feel free to make a smaller donation or come for free :)

Pregnancy Yoga
Thursdays 5.45pm - 7pm

Pregnancy Yoga supports you by offering a modified set of postures which are safe and complimentary in pregnancy. The focus is on maintaining strength in a gentle way, while also learning relaxation and breathing techniques.


Hypnobirthing ideas and practices are incorporated alongside movement and postures which can be useful within your birthing. It is also a chance to meet new mums. You are advised to attend after 12 weeks.
